Ivan has many years experience in developing and managing commercial and operational projects. Respected for his experience, hands on approach and rapport with clients, employees and students, he has run businesses and held operational and commercial director positions during his career. Ivan’s production specialisms are hot and cold smoking operations, using mechanical kilns and traditional chimneys. He has worked in the UK and overseas - including managing production operations in a World Bank Sponsored project in Uganda and training staff at a production company in New Zealand.
