David is a third generation fishmonger and has been involved with fish all his working life –an incredible 48 years! He is graduate from Aberystwyth University in Economics, but his greater love is all things piscine. He cannot imagine another vocation. ‘Always rewarding, not always in a pecuniary fashion, however it is an art, a production and if done right a source of great satisfaction. I love being a fishmonger, even on cold wet February mornings’.​
