Ryan has been a fishmonger for five years, moving across from the restaurant industry. He enjoys being able to laugh and joke with his customers and selling the best products available. He works with the Kent and Essex Inshore Fisheries Conservation Authority to support a bass conservation zone to support local stocks. ​
