I originally came from a butchery background and was introduced to Fishmongery, of which I had no prior knowledge. This captivated my interest in no time at all and I became passionate about the trade that surrounded me living in Cornwall. I sought additional training and became a regular competitor in various National Fishmonger Competitions, winning numerous awards. I now own a Traditional Fishmongers with my partner in the heart of Cornwall, obtaining the most sustainable and freshest fish Cornwall has to offer. Sharing my knowledge, passion and assurance to our valued customers. We are looking forward to the opportunities that lay ahead of us.
